I remember a year ago I woke up to my water leaking, I just didn’t know that’s what it was until I was sitting on the couch and it felt like a water balloon popped and all this water came out. Contractions hadn’t started yet, so I was confused about what just happened. I called a few friends and they all said I should go into labor and delivery.
Daddy was sleeping, I went upstairs and told him my water broke and got in the shower. The contractions started and then I knew that you were trying to make your entrance on your day, on your own time, but you waited until September as mama asked you to do when we found out you were a boy. I kept getting ready and we made our way to the hospital.
Once we were at the hospital, we had the best nurse. She never left my side and always checked on you to make sure you were handling the crazy contractions mom was having. I decided to get an epidural and about an hour later the nurse could see your head. Daddy walked by and the first thing he said was “ babe, he has hair!” You were out 13 minutes later at 12:10pm. You weighed in at 7lb 9oz and you were 20.5 in long!
Daddy got to dress you for the first time and he couldn’t wait to hold you! In fact, everyone was so excited for your arrival, your grandmas and grandpas, aunts and uncles, and cousins all came to visit you that day! Before we knew it, it was time to go home.Everyone says to not blink because time will fly bye and it certainly did.
These past 12 months have gone by way too quickly for mama. You went from a sweet little newborn or who loved to be wrapped in blankets to a crazy independent toddler who only wants to cuddle when you decide it’s ok to cuddle. While I’ll take all the snuggles you decide you want to give. I’m going to miss you being little.
Here’s a little recap of your first year;
Month 1: you rolled over from back to belly.
Month 2: Daddy had to go away for work and you missed him so much, you wouldn’t go to bed! We also took your first road trip down to aunties and uncles house for grandma Sandi’s birthday.
Month 3: we celebrated your first thanksgiving! You loved tummy time and always smiled.
Month 4: mom had to go back to work but you gotta spend your day with grandma and poppa! we celebrated your first Christmas! You made Christmas even more fun! Month 6: you started crawling and getting into EVERYTHING!
Month 7: we got to celebrate your first Easter! We went to brunch with nana and grandpa and then had grandma and poppa over for dinner! You loved your toys from your Easter basket.
Month 8: daddy, mommy, nana, and grandpa took you to Portland for the first time and you had so much fun at the zoo!
Month 9: you started to take your first steps! It took you about a month to Strengthen those legs because by…..
Month 10: you were walking! You started walking consistently the day you turned 10 months old! Now we were in even more trouble because nothing was off limits! We also took you to wildlife safari with grandma and grandpa and you loved the animals roaming free!
Month 11: we went on our first flight to Dallas and you got to meet your grandma and auntie and uncle for the first time! You did so great on the planes you never cried! 1
Now here we are at month 12 or 1 year and while I’m very excited for you to get bigger and continue growing into your strong personality that you are developing. I am going to miss you being little and always wanting your mama.
You will always be mamas little boy. I love you my little Soybean! I hope you enjoyed your party with all of our family and friends today.

constantly i used to read smaller articles or reviews which also clear their motive, and
that is also happening with this article which I am reading at this place.

Hi this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if
blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually
code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I
wanted to get advice from someone with experience.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I do believe your website may be having internet browser compatibility issues.
When I look at your site in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in IE, it’s got some overlapping issues.
I merely wanted to give you a quick heads up! Apart from that, wonderful site!
